After a great senior night event to begin the evening our girls came out ready to play. Both teams were able to move the ball up and down the field. Unfortunately Paint Branch snuck a goal in early which gave them a 1-0 lead into the 2nd half. A controversial goal was added after that but our girls continued to fight. We had a bunch of scoring chances, but we just could not get the ball past their goalie. Paint Branch scored one more goal before we finally got one with a few minutes to go in the game. The girls played hard throughout the game even though we were down most of the time. We can't ask for more than that from them. Hopefully we'll be able to continue to move the ball and keep up a strong emotional level going into the playoffs next week.
