The Rams brought home a much needed win last night, defeating Seneca Valley 2-1 in a cold rain. The ladies were led by the extraordinary effort from senior captain Amber Durham who scrambled all over the field dominating play on both sides of the ball.
Senior captain Megan Lang sparked the Lady Rams scores with a rebound shot early in the 2nd half. Seneca Valley tied the game following a defensive miscue, but the Rams were unphased. The game winning goal was scored by freshman Erin Moriarty, the first goal of her varsity career.
The Lady Rams take the field again Thursday at 7:00pm at Einstein HS.
