Also, Frostburg Camp permission forms are due Friday, July 13th.  I can take money a little later if that is a problem, but I need permission forms by Friday.  If you don't have the one I gave you in May, go to the Team Files tab on this website and print out a form.  Once it is filled out, bring it to me at workouts (M,T,Th,F 4:00pm at RHS weightroom).

And if you haven't already, make an appointment to get a physical.  You must have them by August 10th.

Last Chance to Order Spirit Pack Items! 

All players, JV and Varsity, must have a girdle, a practice jersey, and game socks.  If you don't buy it here, you can check out used clothing to be returned at the end of the year. 

Everyone is strongly encouraged to have a Rockville Football tshirt (cotton or UA) and shorts.  Everything else is just there if you or someone you know would like it.

This is the final window to order these items, and it closes on July 6th.

**If you ordered gear in May, the shipment should come in this week.  Stay tuned for an announcement to pick up your stuff.

Workouts this week, and for the rest of summer, will begin at 4:00 and wrap up some time before 6:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

• Varsity will play 7 on 7 three times this week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. See times below.

• JV 7 on 7 will practice Thursday at 2:00 before workouts.

• All players interested in working at the Youth Camp next week should plan to attend a meeting Friday at 3:00 before workouts.

Today's games are cancelled because of the heat and we will not play Monday after the youth camp.  Coach Kadi from WJ will try to get some turf time later in the summer so we can play a few more games before real football starts.
