The 2015 Rockville Girls Soccer High School TRYOUTS begin Wednesday, AUGUST 12th!!!

- ALL athletes MUST bring completed MCPS athletics paperwork to player inprocessing on Tuesday, August 11th at 6:00 PM at Rockville High School, in order to participate in girls soccer and receive their mandatory health and safety powerpoint briefing from our AD Mike Hayes.

- Required Paperwork - physical, medical card, student-athlete/parent contract, concussion testing, pre participation, and awareness forms.

First Day of School --> Monday, August 31th -- all Monday-Friday school day practices are 3:00-5:00 pm at Wood MS, there will be no mandatory training on the weekends, after school begins, in order to allow players to attend training with their club teams.

Tomorrow, 23 June, we begin volunteer speed, agility and fitness sessions. Our normal days will be M, W, and F at Wood Middle School starting at 9AM ending when we are done (normally 90 minutes). For these sessions, I will have some water on site, however bring plenty of water!!!! Also ensure you bring not only soccer cleats, but running shoes, soccer ball and did I say WATER? I will post workouts under the Team files tab and soccer videos obviously on the video tab.
