Summer Conditioning Schedule

Summer Conditioning - Monday, June 25th to Friday, July 27th

Mondays - 8 - 9 AM

At Bauer/Wood MS, on the field next to the softball field

Note: These will be run by Varsity soccer players. Come dressed to play soccer

Wednesdays - 8 - 9 AM

At the RHS weight room and will be conditioning led by the Varsity coaches.

Dress to work out. No soccer gear.

Fridays - 6 - 7 AM

At the RHS weight room and will be conditioning led by the JV coach.

Dress to work out. No soccer gear.

These are optional & open to any girl interested or thinking about trying out for soccer in the fall.
