Spring 2016 Tryouts
Hi Future Rockville Poms!!! Below is the info about tryouts. Tryout packets are in the Rockille and Wood main offices. All forms can also be printed from this website by selecting the "Files & Links" button at the top. Please wear white tops and dark bottoms for tryouts and bring water!
Tryout Dates:
May 26th, 31st and June 1st @ 4:30-6:30pm in the RHS Main Gym
June 3rd starting @ 4:30pm in the RHS Main Gym
Forms DUE BEFORE Tryouts: (students cannot participate without an up to date physical form - students may watch until proper form is submitted)
- Medical Card Form (Both Sides)
- Physical Form (turn in CLEARANCE FORM ONLY)
- Student-Parent Participation Contract (Permission Form Only – Both Sides)
- A copy of third quarter report card to show eligibility
Paperwork Turn Date: May 23rd 6 – 8pm in the entrance of RHS
