First day of practice
The first day of practice will be Wednesday, August 9. Meet on the Rockville track at 8:00 am. If the track is still being worked on, meet near the main gate of the stadium. You should be doing summer workouts on your own. There is a information packet posted on the google classroom. Included in the information packet are summer workouts.
