Order Form
All apparel is optional however each swimmer/diver will need an all black suit for competition. The order form can be found in the files section of the team page.
Orders are due back to Coach Castonguay by 11/18

Form Collection and First Day of Practice
Our first practice is on Monday morning at Olney Swim Center 5-6 for all those that have turned in their forms. You can turn in your forms at practice (please come early). Once your forms are in and complete your name will be added to the roster on the website.
